Shipping & Returns

We use the United States Post Office for most of our shipments.


As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation. You can also obtain order information and more by logging into the My Account page of our web site.


USPS Package Tracking

Please note that in most cases the USPS does not track the progress of your shipment, just the delivery.


Note: Some circumstances may affect delivery of your order, such as weather conditions, if your shipping address is a house or an apartment and whether deliveries can be left outdoors. USPS policies for your area may dictate that your package be held at a local office until you pick it up in person. Call your local Post Office directly for the delivery policy for your area. Flip Flop Stockings Inc. is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable packages.


Back Orders

We have one of the highest in stock rates in the industry and make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items "out-of-stock" on our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will either immediately ship what we have in stock and issue a refund for the out of stock item(s) or we will hold your order until the product becomes available depending on how quickly it is expected back in stock. We will notify you via email with the status of any and all back orders or refunds and your invoice will also reflect the number of items shipped.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment by calling us at 512.917.8769 . Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped and picked up by the shipping carrier so please contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.


Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you would like to return a shipment, please contact us by phone at 512-917-8769 within 30 days of receipt via email so we may assist you.


Returns will be honored only if reported within 30 days after receipt. Any items returned that do not meet the above specifications will be discarded at no credit.


Missing items must be reported to us within 72 hours of order receipt.


Damaged shipments must be reported immediately to the carrier within 72 hours of receipt. USPS 800-275-8777.
